Investing out of state without a PM
I am planning on investing in Michigan and i live in NJ. I manage a few rental properties here by myself using Buildium. Would it be possible to manage my out of state properties by myself with software?
Anybody have experience managing out of state on your own? Do you recommend a certain software? What are the biggest issues with this? Any recommendations to make this smoother?
