Property Management company, St. Louis - Metro East

Hello everyone,

I have a possible deal going on that will require property management and I wanted to see who in the area is using PM, and how that is going?  I have never had to use it until now, but this property will be more than i can handle with a full time job.  Property will be located in Illinois, just 25 miles or so from downtown St. Louis, Missouri.  

I appreciate any advice, and/or recommendations!
