I just want to give a big shout out of thanks to Brandon, Josh, and all the professionals, newbies, and everyone else that makes this site so wonderful. The time and effort put into his community to help others on their journey is amazing. I have learned so much from the posts, the blogs, and of course the podcasts over the last few months. I have been able to garner some great ideas, focus my research and refine my strategy. I know I will still make lots of mistakes but I am ready to start investing in the crazy world of real estate.
