Are closing cost the the same?

I was wondering I'm looking at properties that are cheep and I was thinking about closing cost. So my question is are closing costs close to the same on a 25,000 dollar home compared to a 320,000 dollar home? Also saying that would you be able to get a loan on a mobile home worth around 30,000 to 50,000 dollars property I would be renting out after I lived in it for a short period of time?
