Hi There,

I am pretty new to this site and I need some pro advice for auction properties. I am going to watch couple auctions before i attempt to invest but my biggest concern is how do I really make sure there is no lien on the property? The reason I am asking , I was interested in a few properties and every single one I searched on court my states superiors court clerk website showed " no records" is that mean no lien on it or should i search more about them and how ? Thank you for all the comments in advance!
