Is it possible

to negotiate a lower interest rate with your current lender rather than refinance? Has anybody ever done this? I didn't know if it was even an option.

With interest rates so low I'd like a lower rate on our personal residence but we don't have a ton of equity in our home to refinance. Just wondering if I have any other options.

Thanks!
Heather
