First time buyer in Chattanooga, TN. Realtor recommendations?

Hi guys/gals. I finally feel like I am ready to take the leap to buy my first home. I'm mostly interested in rentable single families and small multifamily homes that I will live in for a year or two before moving on to another deal. I am wondering if anyone knows of a good realtor with experience in investment real estate in the Chattanooga and surrounding areas?
