Anyone know anything about Louisiana?

I have a duplex in New Orleans I bought after the storm and totally renovated it, I had to move to FL to care for a sick parent, and now I am unable to cover the mortgage even with the both units leased. Chase bank is unwilling to work with me, and I am afraid I am just going to have to let it go. Anyone have any alternatives? I had it reappraised, its only worth 341,000. The interest only mortgage is 390,0000. :cry: :cry: :cry:
