NJ Realtor Contracts

Hello. I am an investor and I wanted to ask if anyone could help me out with how to obtain use of the NJ Realtor version of a Purchase and Sale contract w/o being licensed. I've been told that some State Boards will lease these copyrighted documents to non-licensed persons. Does anyone know if this is possible in NJ?
