Moving to Charleston, SC - Looking for a Real Estate Agent

I have been on the Bigger Pockets site for a while now. Quietly watching, reading, and listening, waiting for the right moment to jump in. Rarely does that opportunity come along, but I recently found out my fiancé and I will be moving to Charleston, SC in May, and thought this might be a great chance to get started investing. Ideally we would like to get our start by ‘house hacking’. Buy a duplex or multi-family property on the peninsula or the surrounding area (James Island, etc.), live in one unit and rent out the other unit(s). We have done some preliminary research about the landscape and different neighborhoods, and are planning a visit early 2016 to experience the city first hand and look at potential properties. I was wondering if anyone knows an investor friendly real estate agent they would recommend to work with during our search for a property? Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
