Does anyone use NetROnline for pre-foreclosure leads?

I recently heard about NetROnline, is this a good/reliable source to obtain Pre-Foreclosure leads?  Does anyone have any experience, tips, advice regarding this source? Looks like it has a monthly fee, I havent seen how much it costs but was trying to get a sense to see if it might be worth it.
