New Rental Property

I just picked up another project and was able to purchase it with Zero out of pocket. Yes really Zero I got a check at closing for my earnest money back and also a check for the first draw from the rehab budget. I financed it threw Pine Financial Group. After the rehab is done I will be refinancing out of the hard money loan into a 30 yr fixed and still have very little too no money into the deal. I am going to be recording the process and sharing Videos on Youtube if you would like to follow along and ask questions.  I have done some flips and also hold other rentals. I work in the MN Market and am always looking for more deals.  Here is a link to the first Video that I made of the walk through.
