Would you prefer to have property management in place?

Obviously there are a lot of options when it comes to investing in properties. A big question could be, would you like to have property management in place when buying your turnkey property?

I definitely see the benefits of having this in place.  Do other investors like it, too?

@Sean Tarpenning  Great queston Sean.  I have said on here before that an average investment with a great property manager is better then an awesome investment with an average or no property manager.

Have that manager ready to go or an investor has to have all avenues covered if they will be self managing it.
