Previous owner deceased with no next of kin
I have my eye on a property in which the owner is deceased and apparently there is no next of kin. How can I get first in line to try and purchase this property (I assume from the State)?
The house is paid off, is a complete mess (owner was a hoarder) but is in a location where I own several other properties and could be a good deal for me if I could get it at the right price.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
