Fellow Baltimore Real Estate Investors, Lets Talk Neighborhoods

Hello everyone,

I'd like to start a discussion on the viability of neighborhoods in and around Baltimore, MD. I'm new the area, and even newer to real estate investment.  I'm curious about everyone's opinion on the best neighborhoods for rental property deals in the Baltimore area. I'm especially interested in any information/ experiences in the Greektown, Graceland, Halethorpe, and Catonsville areas. Are these good areas? Should I be looking elsewhere?
