Hello All Investors, I want to work for free as your apprentice, under your wing learning fix and flips, but and hold and other techniques. I will get your coffee, lock up clothes for cleaners WHATEVER IT TAKES to learn about real estate investing from someone who is doing deals. What can I bring to the table? Besides the obvious - Go getter - Relentless - Persistent Licensed Realtor, MLS access and experience, plus I know 1-3 gentlemen looking to invest money on fix and flip investment. THAT IS MY VALUE I'm not looking for a charity case. I want to work, find and close deals and learn the process. I AM WILLING TO RUN EVERY ERRAND IMAGINABLE IN ORDER TO GAIN THAT EXPERIENCE. I WANT TO WORK. Feel free to contact me in whichever firm is suitable. Look forward to hearing from someone!
