I will get your coffee, lock up clothes for cleaners WHATEVER IT TAKES to learn about real estate investing from someone who is doing deals. What can I bring to the table? Besides the obvious - Go getter - Relentless - Persistent Licensed Realtor, MLS access and experience, plus I know 1-3 gentlemen looking to invest money on fix and flip investment.
