Columbus, Oh
Hey all, I am looking for someone in the Columbus Ohio area who is knowledgeable about the better neighborhoods for buy to rent opportunities. This person should also be an attorney with experience with tenant leases and eviction. Ideally this person will recommend leads, or help me find them, and after purchase be willing to manage the properties. I realize many people will advise me to contact property managers directly, but I am looking for a self starter to deal with one on one, as opposed to dealing with a PM who don't have the time for individual investors. I would also be interested in finding someone like this in other buy to rent locations around the USA.

You want an attorney to bird dog and manage properties for you? Not sure how they do it in New York but here in Ohio Attorneys are expensive.
