Employees, Buildium, and Health Insurance

Ugh,

So, I love RE investing, the freedome, money, and contro of my day are un paralelled anywhere else. BUT, I m now up against a wall when it comes how to best structure my buisness. Does Buildium create W-2s for employees? As much as I didn't want an employee I need one for the health insurance in my state to get the benefits my family needs (long story and ****** state law changes). Does anyone have experience with starting their buisness with "an employee"?
