Thesis Topic Suggestions

Hello All,

I am new to this site but saw that someone else had asked for suggestions for their thesis topic and saw that they got quite a few great ideas in response. I was recently invited to the Zicklin School of Business' Undergraduate Honors Program at Baruch College and would like to complete an Honors Thesis in our favorite topic and that of my major, Real Estate! 

I am open to any and all suggestions as my topic has very broad limitations and as of now no required length (although I imagine it to be about 100 pages). 

I have a few ideas already but I am yet to find one that I can really relate to and enjoy writing about. 

Any suggestions?
