Baltimore, MD Vacants To Value Summit

Hey everyone, Has anyone here in this group that's in the DMV area (or outside of the area for that matter) ever attended the Vacants To Value Summit here in Baltimore? It's being held this year on Nov 18th & 19th at the Convention Center. My questions are would this be worth attending? My first thought is yes, but since it's during the work week, I would need to take off from my regular job. The cost is $75 to attend which isn't much, but again is it worth it? I'm assuming there would be plenty of networking opportunity. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
