Good Questions to ask the Title Company

Hey BP- I am having lunch with a woman who works for a Title Company this week. She used to be a real estate agent for the broker I will be working for come January (2016). What are some good questions that I could ask her about being both a new agent and also a real estate investor? I also would like to ask some questions that would lead to discussions about how we could both benefit by working together. I am open to any suggestions. Thanks!
