Financing Strategies
Hello Everyone.
I just joined Bigger Pockets and so far I absolutely love it. Currently I am a college student looking to make a career out of real-estate investing. Recently I inherited some from a family member that passed and I was wondering despite not having a full time job, would I be able to find a bank that would give me a mortgage based on liquid capital that I have instead of having a full time job? If not what other strategies would you recommend in order to start and make first well-informed step into the business of real estate investing.
Thanks in advance for the responses!
Mike
