Seeking Feedback
We are in the process of launching a new investment platform teaming up with SF investors seeking to either build new or do substantial rehab. ( more that 30% of the value)
What we are trying to decide is:
1. What more important? Leverage or LTV
2.What is the typical equity an investor puts in the deal (% wise)
3. Average holding time.
4. Do most fix and flip investors use a broker for exit/sale.
5. What is the most common "Sweet Spot" with respect to sale.
