Cash Auction

I recently found a multi-family listing that is going up for auction in the next few weeks.  Upon contacting the agent, she informed me that there would be no financing permitted on the property, implying it will be a cash sale only.  I am fairly liquid but not liquid enough to buy the property cash.

I know there are ways around this and I was hoping the biggerpockets community would be able to steer me in the right direction.  Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.
