How do you guys think the real estate market will do within the next few years (3-5 yrs)? In relation to both the AZ market and national market.  This seems kind of hard to predict for someone who is new to the market. And if the market is to drop lower within next few years it would be wiser to wait until it drops to buy homes correct?
