Where to find investors for Canada-based deals?

Hello,

we are a construction company based in Toronto, Canada and as we are looking to get into real estate with a purpose of fix and flip, we need investors to help up fund the projects

Any suggestions as to where to look would be greatly appreciated!

Is bigpockets marketplace a good place to advertise and look for money for canadians?

Also, does anyone know of the canadian investment network? They promise to connect you to investors but ask money for that. Are they legit at all?
