Great tip I got from a Relator

I was looking at a HUD property and my Relator suggested I call the building department of the town it was in. Talked to a great guy who did know tons about the property, like it was flooded for severs months and had a leaking roof. So I will be passing on this one.

However since I had him on the phone I let him know what I was looking for and he hooked me up with 3 leads in the same area. All probably motivated he said and with only minor refurbishing needed.
