Shouls the new investor go just with single family residences or multi family to start our with?

Vince,

You have to go where you are comfortable and have knowledge and ability. If you have been a commercial realtor for years, it would make sense to do a commercial property.

I think most people tend to start with Single Family homes, because it is 1 tenant, 1 plumbing system, 1 etc....
