Best Business Bank Account/Credit

Hey All,

I was wondering what banks/credit cards (regional/national) you all have found to fit your needs the best when it comes to convenience, ease of use, reporting, rewards, etc  as they relate to your real estate businesses.  I am currently looking at the small business checking accounts from Capital One and Chase.  It looks like they both have a monthly maintenance fee (that can be waived under certain conditions). I wanted to see what other BP members are using and get any recommendations.
