Okay, I found out who owns it, now what?
What's going on:
I found a single family residence in the area I want to own and be a landlord. The house is held in a business name "Zydeco #2". The house is being marketed as for rent by two individual property management companies. The house has to be really cheap. $300 rent. I plan on having section 8 tenants anyway.
So, do I need a letter of intent? I want to open a line of communication with the owner in order to acquire the property.
