Adding 3rd Story in Philadelphia

Hey BP,

Considering adding a 3rd story to a property in Philadelphia to boost appeal and resale. A contractor friend of mine has the network to get this done for a good price.I was curious as to what permit and zoning issues might come up from the city. I would be thankful for any miscellaneous issues that you all have experienced too.
