Negotiation Manners
Ive been hearing that you should never pay for the asking price on a property, instead bring that price a little lower by negotiation. I'm a little unclear on how the negotiations work out? Is it like a craigslist negotiation, do you sit down with a lawyer and the seller about bringing down the price, or do you bring comps and data to support your request?
