  • Is it true that sellers do not prefer to place their home on the market, because most developers/flippers will not want to purchase?
  • Do investors interest themselves in on market (recently reduced or properties that have been on market for quite some time) or do they interest in off market deals only?

Share your opinion. I can understand both scenarios, but want to get more input on where to keep my deals - on or off market.
