Dear community,

I am pretty new to real estate investment and I am facing the challenge to be in a real estate project in the coming month and therefore I have to get the knowledge of real estate financing rather quickly.

TIC, Installment, Outstanding Commitment, Principle etc. I will hear these definitions in the near future every day and have to know, what they mean and how they can be calculated and especially projected for the next 10 year.

Therefore, do you have any good book / tutorial / course recommendation, to grasp these concepts really quickly?

I appreciate your replies!
