I'm in need of a seasoned real estate attorney to handle the purchase of a small retail property I'm looking to purchase in Union / Essex county area.  Would like for them to be familiar with retail and investment property purchases as well as handle leases for the property going forward. 

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
