We are getting very tired of running our small biz,

We are wondering what is best to invest approx 100k

Pay Debt or Fix & Flip?

We own 2 houses  loan 80k

and - loan 195k

We are no longer interested in rentals,

but perhaps fix & flip. 

Pay Down Debt or Fix & Flip?
