i need some advice.. Are there any local experienced investors that would be willing to talk to me? I just got done with a 3 day real estate workshop and I am probably more confused than I was before going to it. I have a couple deals ( not under contract yet) that I'm not sure if they are good deals or not anymore. Anyone out there have time for a sit down, maybe lunch??
