hi my name is Rob im from Rhode Island and I was wondering if I can get sone advice from someone. I am looking to get into real estate investing ie rehabbing and flipping. What would be my next few steps to take to get to the process going ? I am enrolled in getting my license this summer. But whats next ?? Thank You Guys
