Yet another Bird Dog compensation question

I tried to read through many of the discussions on the topic, but mine is slightly different.  I am a new investor sending out yellow letters and have gotten a few positive responses from the first hundred or so, with one possible deal (so Im on track I think/hope).  I will be continuing to send letters throughout the summer but I will not be in town to work the deals(gone for 6 weeks).  I will still be able to take the calls and qualify the lead but need a partner to work them face to face.  How much should I expect/ask for in return for passing on qualified leads to my "summer partner"?  Percentage....flat fee...?

Thanks for the help!
