New Investor from Illinois, should I get my Real Estate License
Hello everyone, I am 22 years old from Illinois and new to Real Estate Investing, with some fair experience in stock and options investing. I am also an architecture student which I wish to use as an advantage in the realm of Real Estate Investing. As a beginner I have many questions, most of which I can find on here. But my biggest question is,
Should I pursue my Real Estate License to become a property manager?
My main investment goal is to own and rent out multi-family units and basically become a property manager while maintaining my full time job as an architect. What would be the most important pros and cons in getting my a License?
I have read the Ultimate Beginners Guide. But I wish to have some more feedback on this specific question. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
