Most homes can be bought at 30% to 60% of ARV, rehabbed and immediately sold to end buyers at 90% of appraised value. Repair crews available. I need a cash buyer or someone to qualify for 100% financing. 650 credit required. After 2 or 3 deals, you will be free to purchase properties from my source without having to split profit with me. Most homes are below $100K.
