Hi All,

I'm looking for a real estate agent in Minneapolis, MN to help find a duplex to buy and hold.  Would appreciate any recommendations for seasoned realtors with great local knowledge!  I am interested in someone who can help to find properties as well as explain local landlord/tenant laws and regulations.

***RIght now focusing on the Richfield area.
