Market Purchase vs Great Location!
HI all,
I have the opportunity to purchase a second property at around market value, so not a "deal". But at that price I can still cash flow about $200 Gross. The reason why I'm strongly considering is because the townhouse has a few more updates and is next to my current property. I'm thinking about some synergies with maintenance and repair etc.
Question: Are the synergies of being next door worth the market value purchase?
Thanks in advance!!!
PS: I've been working my way backwards through the podcast (at 79), while purchasing and reading the recommended books.
Update: My trouble tenants are still trouble but I've hired a lawyer now and should be through with them soon.
