HOA Fees on multiple lots??
Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far! I was interested in getting some feedback regarding HOA fees associated with buying multiple lots in the same development. If I were to go in and purchase multiple lots in an up and coming neighborhood here in Myrtle Beach, with the intention of just holding on to them for a while and selling them down the road, would I be looking at having to pay HOA fees on each lot? I was thinking it might just depend on the development, but I figured who better to steer me in the right direction than the BP community. Thanks in advance for the feedback!
