I purchased house #1 for 38k cash in 2011 now worth 110k. House #2 42k cash now worth 100k. House #3 135k 10k down. Now worth 210k. #1 & #2 rwnt 800 Each. #3rents for 1175. I have been looking for bigger better deals. Also not sure if I need to start a LLC? I have a 800 credit score but think it would be better if a LLC could get a loan on the assets?
