Extending original facade of home into mudroom
Just looked at a two family down the block from where i llive. The facade of the home on the first floor is enclosed with a mudroom/porch that was built as an extension. It's obvious that the front of the home is it's bearing wall, but could i knock it out into the mudroom porch for more space? Would it be huge project requiring an engineer. The second floor seems to have an extension too with french doors. that is blocking the front windows light
