Found a few Foreclosures to Wholesale...Need HELP!

Once I find a homeowner who's home is in foreclosure what do I do next step by step to wholesale their home to a buyer? Is there anything they have to do with the mortgage company to get permission to sell their home?

Hi Lekisha. You want to take the time to understand how foreclosure works in your state and in your county specifically. Also, what type of foreclosures are you talking about? Preforeclosures with equity? Or preforeclosure with NO equity (referred to as short sales - and with these you will need 'permission' from the mortgage company to purchase). Two totally different buying procedures involved. It sounds like you may want to do a bit more research and come back with more specific questions. Research this site for everything you can on 'Florida Foreclosures' and '<MY COUNTY> Florida Foreclosures'.  Good luck.
