Hello everyone, this is a newbie here. Me and my partner are ready to venture off into the world of flipping and we are already well on our way. We have our company or LLc and we are already talking to one or two people about some deals. Problem is we started this with no money just as something to do on the side of our normal lifes and we are having problems finding hard lenders in the rio grande valley. Hard money lenders seem to be the way to go but everything were finding on the internet either doesn't service this area, the minimum amount loaned is 100,000 which is pretty high for rehabs in our particular market or is just flat out scams. Any suggestions or information anyone could give us would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much,
Robby
