Should I use Google voice for a lead generation website?

Google Voice is convenient and FREE. However I have had some negative feedback from other investors and buyer's agents. "Oh. You guys use one of those free Google numbers. I don't know why people do that." So on and so forth. Obviously if the Google Voice is going to be a turnoff they probably aren't super motivated. However I could see it being viewed more as "small time". What do you guys think?

I would suggest a combination of the two. Place a Google voice number on a lead site just change the voicemail message from "The Google voice subscriber you have called is unavailable" and remove the prompt from the call to say their name and no one will even know its a Google voice number. I use a couple Google voice numbers and they are fantastic for keeping things organized and tracking your calls. But in the end you can never have to many funnels for leads to come to you and if its free then why not use it.
