Interest Only Spread Sheet .... or Calculator

Does anyone have a Interest Only Amortization spread sheet to share:

I need to create / model financing scenarios based on interest only loan scenarios

With a known down payment, Loan Amount, Interest rate. The spread sheet would provide

i/o amortization. So I can calculate annual debt service, outstanding

monthly balances. Spread sheet or calculator.....

(preferably s/s, so I can improve my excel skills)

Ideally spread sheet could amortize for 20 - 25- 30 year / balloon in 5 or 10.
